What’s the best soil for growing vegetables?
Veggie Mix Organic Garden Soil or Ultra Premium Veggie Mix. Both are made for edible plants; the Ultra Premium mix is richer, so it’s the pick for densely planted raised beds.
How much soil will a raised garden bed take?
Length × width × depth, in metres. A 2.4m × 1.2m bed filled 0.3m deep, for example, takes about 0.86 m³.
Can I plant directly into fresh garden soil?
Yes. Once it is in, water it well, give it a day to settle and then plant. Finish with 75mm of mulch to hold moisture through the Brisbane heat.
