• "Products" refers to all landscaping supplies, aggregates, soils, and related goods sold by us.

All orders placed through our website, by phone, or by email constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed when we provide written confirmation (including email) or deliver the products. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are strictly as agreed at the time of order confirmation. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as notified. Orders remain pending until full payment is received or approved credit terms are in place.

Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe. Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address or collection by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate site access and to inform us of any restrictions, hazards, or specific delivery requirements prior to dispatch.

The customer warrants that the delivery site is safe and accessible for our vehicles and equipment. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate site preparation, concealed hazards, or failure to provide safe access. The customer must ensure clear and unobstructed access to the delivery point. If our driver determines that a site is unsafe, we reserve the right to refuse delivery, and additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

We endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, natural variations in colour, texture, and size may occur in landscaping products due to their organic nature. We do not guarantee that product images will exactly match the delivered product, and minor variations do not constitute a defect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jimel Transport's liability for any claim arising from the supply of products or services is limited to the value of the products or services supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, or damage to property beyond the reasonable cost of the products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events, flooding, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Jimel Transport or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
