REFUND POLICY

Jimel Transport & Bulk Landscaping Supplies is committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be offered for bulk landscaping materials purchased from us.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch or delivery by contacting us directly. If your order has not yet been loaded or dispatched, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, standard return conditions apply as outlined below.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim promptly and, where verified, offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A full or partial refund.
  • A replacement delivery of the correct or undamaged product.
  • A credit note for future use.

INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED

If the product delivered does not match what was ordered, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for collection of the incorrect material and deliver the correct product at no additional charge, or issue a refund if preferred.

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the nature of bulk landscaping materials (soils, aggregates, sands, and stone), change-of-mind returns are not accepted once delivery has been completed. We encourage customers to confirm product selection, quantities, and site suitability prior to ordering.

SITE ACCESS AND DELIVERY ISSUES

If delivery cannot be completed due to inadequate site access, unsafe conditions, or customer unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply. Refunds for failed deliveries are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to cartage and restocking charges.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
